Caring for People - Otium Centers
Since 2018, we have been partnering with the SwissOTIUM Foundation. It is a unique place dedicated to supporting people with cancer and their families—alongside medical treatment—by helping them enjoy all the little things in life that bring relief to both body and mind. It’s a place to come together, share experiences, and take care of oneself.
To support the OTIUM Foundation, Nathalie designed a bracelet bearing the words:
"LISTEN TO YOUR HEART BEAT".
Available in rhodium-plated sterling silver or 18-karat gold-plated sterling silver, this open bangle was designed to be both elegant and deeply symbolic. As the designer, Nathalie Rossel, points out, its message is a true ode to life and to the light that dwells within us, because:
“Listening to your heart beat” means falling in love, living in the moment, feeling fully—but above all, simply being.
For every “LISTEN TO YOUR HEART BEAT” bracelet sold, 80% of the proceeds are donated to the OTIUM Foundation.
We also feature the “La Fleur un chic fou ” and “Le Coeur un chic fou ” collections on display in the center; 50% of the proceeds from each piece of jewelry sold are donated to the OTIUM Foundation.
Caring for Living Things - Sponsoring a Beehive (APIDAE ASSOCIATION)
Because even small actions can contribute to big changes, un chic fou is partnering with the APIDAE association by sponsoring a beehive in the Geneva countryside.
Founded in Geneva in 2014, the APIDAE association works to protect bees and raise awareness about biodiversity. It supports businesses and individuals who want to take concrete action to protect the natural world.
Our beehive is tended year-round by professional beekeepers from APIDAE. Located in the heart of the Geneva countryside, it is part of a local project that is particularly close to our hearts: supporting the conservation of pollinators and contributing, in our own small way, to the protection of local biodiversity.
As the seasons go by, we’ll also have the pleasure of discovering the honey produced by our colony. It’s local honey, straight from our hive, harvested in harmony with nature’s rhythm.
Through this sponsorship, we simply want to remind people of the importance of taking care of our surroundings. Because behind every flower that blooms, every landscape that changes, and every season that passes, living things play a vital role that it is up to us to preserve.
