THE BRAND
A design house since 2011, un chic fou offers delicate, original, and timeless jewelry , handcrafted locally in the Lake Geneva region (un chic fou sur soi) as well as artisanal, ethical, and sustainable home linens produced in Lithuania (un chic fou for the home).
Each piece of jewelry is hand-sketched in black pencil to capture the emotion that the sketch embodies. Authentic pieces that are both simple and unique, perfect for everyday wear. Each collection tells a story and invites you on a journey along the path of your destiny. un chic fou It is also a vision of a free life, a playful, poetic mindset, and a timeless style.
Each design is unique to the brand. Our production workshop is located 20 km from our boutique. We source our materials from RJC-certified suppliers for both 18k gold and silver, as well as diamonds.
Our home linens are sourced in France and produced in Lithuania by a family-owned business that handles all production in-house, preserves traditional craftsmanship, and is certified by Flax® and OEKO-TEX.

THE DESIGNER
Nathalie Rossel, born in 1982, discovered her artistic talent at a very early age. Her first drawings and paintings, created when she was six years old, already reveal a creative sensibility. As a teenager, she experimented with collages made from magazine clippings, photographs, and postcards, while developing an appreciation for jewelry through sketching the pieces worn by her mother and maternal grandmother.
She sketches rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings with her black pencil —a habit she has never lost. In 2011, she launched her brand, un chic fou that she continues to draw inspiration from her encounters, her emotions, and her daily life, giving birth to pieces that touch the heart and tell a story.
Nathalie loves to craft a rhyme that everyone can relate to in their own personal story, because the jewelry will evoke a moment, a feeling, or an emotion.
