Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of merchandise are excluded from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial reimbursements are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of wear
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Please contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange

Gifts

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient had the order shipped to themselves with the intention of giving it to you later, we will issue a refund to the recipient, and they will be notified of your return.

Return Shipments
